"New economy of Primorye": Interview with, Alexander Galushka, the Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East
Now the mode of the free port works not only in Vladivostok, but also in key harbors of the Far East:
Sakhalin Korsakovsky district, Khabarovsk Region Vanino district, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky city district and Chukotka Autonomous Area Pevek city and also Primorsky Region Lazovsky district.
Besides the Government of the Russian Federation has already start working on realization of the transport corridors “Primorye-1” and “Primorye-2”.
There is a good potential for delivery of loads from the northeast provinces of China to ports of the Far East
Those conditions for investors who invest to the Vladivostok Free port also can be used for those who invest their capital in infrastructure of transport corridors. Best of all is if the transport infrastructure can develop by using private investments.
