Aleksand Galushko about development of the projects of “Territories of fast development” (TOR) in the Far East and Primorye
Aleksandr Galushko: “ There are 4 TORs in Primorye. TOR means infrastructure, pleasant administrative procedures and tax privileges. It was created for many things such as farming, oil-refining. TORs are developing very fast. Investors are very happy with them. 80 % of investors are Russians. There are international investors from Japan, India and China as well. 85 new plants are going to be set in the Far East.”
