In Arseniev local businessmen helped to open a robotics center for kids. Annually, Arseniev’s government gives funds to some interesting business programmes. Here is a story of one of them. 

The most important part of the lesson - to bring a Lego construction to life, and it is necessary for it to install an engine and to make a computer programme, otherwise, a robot will just be a toy. 

Together with the kids, Yulia Mishenko, the owner of the center, learns how to create robots. A year ago her project received a grant from local authorities. Yulia says, that if not for the authorities, it would’ve been very difficult to create such a center on her own, as computers and equipment are expensive. 

One of the grant’s conditions - creation of places for work. Now, there are three teachers of physics, mechanics and programming at the center. The classes are open for kids from 4 to 18 years old.
