Primorye Korean Association invited Asian countries consul, who living in Vladivostok City, to participate in the Spring Festival together.

Today in the Artem city Primorsky Region Korean Association  has hold the 14^thSpring Festival. Except of the members of Korean nation Cultural Association in Vladivostok City, North and South Korea, Vietnam, India, Japan and the United States General Consuls attended the Spring Festival Gala. Primorsky Region government representative to congratulate all the foreign guests.

NEHAEV � SERGEY, Primorsky Region vice-governor: "We became good friends in 2015. We held a lot of different activities.  At the same time I am very pleased that you allow Primorye Region and Vladivostok city to be a capital of international events in Far East. "

NOVIKOV � VLADIMIR, mayor Artem City: "North Korean people like the work. So I wish you all success, welfare and happy New Year. And see to you again in Artem City."

Today is a special holiday, South Korea and North Korea representative are celebrating  New Year together. North and South Korean diplomats are decent. They are speaking only about Russia, and didn�t mention South Korea and North Korea.

For Chinese people the Spring Festival is the most important day. Every Chinese New Year chinese people come back home. The Chinese New Year holiday is for a week. In this period of time POGRANICHNIY, KRASKINO, TURIY ROG, MARKOVO border crossings are closed. POLTAVKA border crossings has a shortened working day, working four hours a day. Aviation checkpoint does not change the working system.
