The authorities of border regions of China, Russia and Mongolia signed the "Jilin Declaration" about cooperation in the tourism development.

The parties engage to promote the development of integrated tourist transport system, to develop administrative mechanisms of cooperation, to make efforts to solve the problems of tourists and travel agencies in border regions, to ensure safety.

Earlier it was informed about the project of creating a visa-free tourist zone in the border regions of Russia, China and North Korea. The project covers the territories of the Hunchun (China), Primorsky Region (Russian Federation), urban district Rason (North Korea).
