In the capital of Primorye in the third of December will open the International Forum "Marine tourism in Freeport Vladivostok: development and promotion."

The event is supported by the regional administration.

Vladivostok is the center of the cruise, yacht and boat tourism. Business representatives from the Asia-Pacific countries, federal and regional authorities will participate in the International Forum. South of the Far East already attracted thousands of tourists, but in the sea region we still should develop water tourism.

Galina Mogilevskaya, the head of the Department of Tourism and Hospitality VSUES said: "Vladivostok should become an advanced post, point of growth Far East tourism."

Today 38 thousand small vessels registered in the region. But only some of them can legally transported tourists. Changes that should be made in the legal framework, will be discussed at the forum. Tourists traveling in the region should feel safe and legal.

Korytko Alexander, the director of the company "Tanir" said, "I think this year we can make changes in the legislative acts that would allow small companies, small fleet to get a license for legal transportation."

Vladivostok can get of the new status, "Freeport" - should be available for shipping giants.

Not all cruise ships now are able to come to the regional capital. New infrastructure can help to see the beauty of Russia's outpost in the Far East.

Konstantin Shestakov, the director of the Primorsky Region tourism department, said?"The presentation of the passenger terminal will be shown in this Forum. It will be a hydraulic structure. The depth is 15 meters. It will allow to take two cruise liners. Project plan to put in Paris bay, on the Russian island, between FEFU and Aquarium."

The development of water sports can make Primorye the unique region. Primorye has a lot of ways of development in tourist industry.
