Citizens of Hasanskii district introduce secrets of national cuisines of various nations in Primorye
Uzbek bread (lepeshka), plov, sushi –all of this is available in Hasanskii district. Businessmen are very interested in Slavianka, as there are not so many restaurants of foreign dishes.
It doesn't take long to make lepeshka. In Uzbekistan, this bread is one of the main things on the table.
Vyacheslav Pak, a businessman, brought 2 cooks from Uzbekistan to Hasanskii district. He also delivered a special oven – tandir, to make authentic bread far from its country of origin.
While lepeshki are being made, Vyacheslav says that in the other room he makes sushi and rolls. In order to get to know Asian cuisine, he had to work in a Japanese restaurant.
