Medvedev made an important statement concerning Vladivostok
Dmitry Medvedev confirmed plans to create an administrative district on the island with an offshore feature, RIA VladNews reports with reference to the RF Ministry for Far Eastern Development.
As Medvedev said, experimental zones are still being created in Russia, where the most advanced legal developments and legal regulation will be tested. Best practices will apply to the economy as a whole. It should be noted that in Russia there are already territories of advanced development with a special legal regime, including the free port of Vladivostok.
