In the period from 22 to 29 January, the Free Port of Vladivostok was replenished with new projects. The Far East Development Corporation has concluded resident agreements with six companies, four of which intend to realize their investment ideas in Primorye.
As reported by Vesti: Primorye, referring to the press service of the Primorsky Territory Administration, Azimut-Development LLC will build a modern residential complex in Vladivostok within the framework of the preferential regime. The construction will be carried out in two stages: at the first stage, seven residential houses with commercial premises will be created, another 12 houses will be built in the second stage. A total of 155 apartments, 274 cars in underground parking and commercial premises will be put up for sale.
As part of the improvement of the residential area of the residential complex, the company will also build access roads, a children's playground and a recreation area, and carry out gardening.
It is planned that the project will start in the first quarter of 2018. Commissioning of the first stage is planned for the third quarter of 2021, the second phase - for the third quarter of 2022.
