Russians are leaving Far East
In 2018 year 16 670 people were left the Russian Far East.
Such data was published by Rosstat.
The population of the Far East last year averaged 8205931 people, whereas on 1st of January 2019 this figure was only 8189261.
As for the Primorsky Region the permanent population has also significantly decreased.
And if in 2018 it was 1908163 people, then on 1st of 1st January 2019 it dropped to 1903289 citizens. 4,874 people left the region.
Most part is villagers. So if 2 190 people left the coastal cities for the year, which is 0.14 percent of the urban population, 2,684 people left the villages of Primorsky Region, and this is 0.6 percent of the population.
