Export potential of fish is developing in Primorye
The new enterprise in Slavianka has 200 work places, new equipment and a lot of opportunities for developing the export of fish.
The territory has been empty for almost 20 years. But this year, the new plants are being built there.
Andrey Yakimchuk, the CEO of the enterprise: “Last year we found very good investors from China”.
The most important thing in this story is that fish industry is regenerating in Primorsky region.
All sorts of seafood are planned to be processed in the new plants. The production is going to be waste less as fish is not only going to be salted there but also made into flour. What’s most important is that fish is going to be prepared for export from the enterprises.
The fish already has it main consumer – China. But the plants hope that Primorye’s people will like their products as well.
