On Monday, October 8, in Vladivostok, the opening of the 28th All-Russian Boxing Class A tournament will take place in memory of the sea captain, a participant in the Great Patriotic War, the absolute champion of Siberia and the Far East in boxing, the winner of the international boxing meeting of the USA - USSR Viktor Sakharov . This is one of the most significant tournaments in the region. Over the entire history, more than 1.5 thousand athletes participated in it, and not onlyfrom Russia, but also from Mongolia, India, Korea, and China.

This year, the strongest boxers from the Far East regions - Primorsky, Khabarovsk and Kamchatka Territories, Amur, Magadan Regions, the Jewish Autonomous Region, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Russian cities - Angarsk, Chita,

Ulan-Ude, as well as from the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On October 8 at 5.30 pm the grand opening and preliminary fights will take place. October 9 at 5.30 pm - quarterfinal fights, October 10 at 4 pm - semi-final battles. On October 11, at 5.30 pm final fights, the award ceremony and the prize will be held
