Philippine ship-dock moored to the "Golden Horn" bay
Today the Philippine ship dock moored in the Golden Horn Bay.
This is the come back visit of the south-east sailors.
A detachment of the Pacific Fleet visited Manila last year.
At the same time both countries agreed to strengthen military-technical cooperation.
The arrival of the Philippine fleet in Russia means the strengthening of the international relations of our states, the development of bilateral cooperation.
It is a great honor for every member of the crew to be here. This is not only visit, it is a historical event.
During the first official visit they sent the largest and most modern unit of the Philippine Navy.
The long of landing ship dock “Tarlak” is 123 meters, its displacement is 7 thousand tons and it is 85% automated.
The ship was launched 2 years ago.
Two powerful engines allow you to reach speeds of up to 16 knots, which is almost 30 thousand kilometers per hour.
The flight deck has two landing sites, and one helicopter is included in the ship package.
This visit will last 6 days.
In addition, the plans include official meetings, tours and acquaintance with the sights of Vladivostok.
