Putin on the second round in Primorye: "This is normal"
The results of the September 9 elections demonstrated the resource of confidence in the authorities by the Russians, Vladimir Putin quoted RIA Novosti.
Putin noted that some roughnesses were recorded during the elections. "We will deal with them," the president specified.
The head of state also noted that in some regions, including Primorye, a second round is to be held. According to him, such a result is absolutely normal.
Putin commented on the results of the election, while in Vladivostok. The meeting of the presidium of the State Council was held in the capital of Primorye. At the same time, the results of the voting in Primorsky Krai showed that this region is among those where the second round of elections is to be held.
