As experts explain, a lunar Eclipse is formed when the Moon passes inside the earth's shadow. At the same time, some areas of the satellite still continue to get sunlight. But it is filtered by the atmosphere, and we reach only the longest waves. This is the wave of the red spectrum. Therefore, upon the occurrence of a total Eclipse the Moon does not disappear, but turns red.

According to TASS, with reference to the press Secretary of the Institute of applied astronomy (IPA) of RAS Nikolai Zheleznov, the celestial show will start at 20:22 GMT. The full Eclipse phase will last from 22: 30 July 27 to 01:14 July 28, and at 02: 31 the Moon will completely come out of the earth's shadow. In Primorski Krai it will be possible to observe only the first penumbral phase of the Eclipse starting at 3:22 in the night of 28 July.

The total Eclipse will be at 5: 30 am local time and will not be visible, as almost coincide with the sunrise.
