The second stage of the shipyard "Zvezda" in the city of Bolshoy Kamen Primorsky Krai will be built in 2020, four years earlier than the previously announced terms. This was announced on Saturday by the vice-president of PJSC "Rosneft" Andrei Shishkin at a meeting at the shipyard, which was held by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation - Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev.
"The deadline for completing the second stage in 2024, but we will finish it in 2020, which will seriously accelerate (work)," Shishkin said. According to him, Rosneft orders for the construction of 24 large-capacity vessels have already been placed on Zvezda, including four ice-class supply vessels, 10 vessels-afromaksov on gas engine fuel and 10 ice-class shuttles.
