In Primorsky Region announced the mourning for the dead in Kemerovo
According to the latest death toll published by Russia's Investigative Committee, the fire at the "Winter Cherry" shopping center in Kemerovo has taken at least 64 lives.
The Committee has opened a criminal case into the deaths through negligence and fire safety violations.
With three theories circulating in the media, including a short-circuit, arson and a candle incident, four suspects have been detained for questioning.
