Vladivostok became the capital of the "Total Dictation - 2018".
It was decided at the expert council in Novosibirsk.
It should be noted that Vladivostok won the Internet voting, which lasted several weeks.
As a result, in the final part of the competition were five cities: Irkutsk, Vladivostok, Tallinn, Tyumen, Krasnoyarsk.
During the ceremony of choosing the capital of the "Total Dictation - 2018", the author of the dictation text, writer Guzel Yakhina said that she would like Vladivostok should take the central platform of the action this year. Experts supported the wish of author.
Guzel Yakhina will personally visit the city and read his work for those who will take part in the dictation. in 2018 year about 80 countries will write dictation.
This year the international action "Total dictation" will be held on 14th of April.
