The biggest lighter aboard ship came to Vladivostok
The Soviet lighter carrier Sevmorput, the world's only transport icebreaker equipped with a nuclear propulsion system, entered Vladivostok.
According to Wikipedia, the Sevmorput is a Soviet icebreaking transport vessel (lighter carrier) with a nuclear-powered KLT-40 type propulsion system. The largest of only four non-military merchant ships ever built with a nuclear-powered propulsion system. The largest by displacement of a lighter carrier. Named in honor of the Northern Sea Route, for which it was built. It is the only vessel of Project 10081.
The vessel is designed to transport cargoes in lighters and containers to remote northern areas. It is capable of navigating through ice up to 1 meter thick on its own.
As of 2019, it is the only operating cargo ship with a nuclear propulsion system.
