First programs with a sign language interpretation aired on GTRK «Vladivostok»
In order to provide broader coverage and inform the public about the upcoming United Voting Day, the Vladivostok branch of the VGTRK, together with the Primorsky Region Election Commission, has prepared a series of programs with sign language interpretation, featuring representatives of the Primorsky Region Election Commission. The first interview with a member of the Primorsky Region Election Commission, Alexander Plotnikov, aired on September 10.
According to statistics, every ninth citizen of Primorye has hearing problems. That's about 200 thousand people. 20-25% are children, the rest are adults.
