The residents of Vladivostok have been discussing the construction on the central square of the city for two days now. The construction of a fountain, as it turned out, turned out to be a historical artifact. Now nobody knows what to do with it and how to act about it. 

Most likely, having dug deeper into the bowels, the builders stumbled upon a stone drainage system built more than a century ago. And so far no one is allowed into the grandiose hole in the center of the city, so the footage shot by the federal museum is unique and the only thing available to the public about the find.

The experts of the cultural heritage will decide what to do with the finding. 

The public became aware of the discovery on Tuesday, when one of the builders posted a video on the Internet. But by that day, part of the underground tunnel had already been destroyed. There is information that the builder didn't even plan to report that something had been dug up under Vladivostok's central square.
