City Hall has established free travel along the future construction of a business center in Vladivostok
The administration of Vladivostok established a public servitude on the part of the land plot in the area of Nizhneportovaya, 1, where they are going to build a multifunctional administrative complex. Under the servitude falls a road that leads to the commercial port. Thus, the builders will not be able to block the passage or in any way restrict the access of citizens to this part of the site.
According to Vesti: Primorye, citing Vl.ru, a part of the cadastral section 25: 28: 020031: 208 established a public servitude by a decision of the Vladivostok administration. 326 square meters in the Nizhneportovaya area, 1 will be free for citizens and their cars to access, even when construction begins on the quay wall.
