Smelt Festival starts in Primorye
The Smelt Festival has officially started in the region, in restaurants all over Primorye. 100 grams of fried fish is a compulsory dish for all participants. Its price is the same - 100 rubles.The festival is held from January 14th to 24th. 20 restaurants of Vladivostok, Ussuriisk and Artiem participate in the festival. The festival presents smelt dishes in a variety of versions: fried, smoked, pickled. Chefs present their various and unique recipes to smelt lovers.
