The first payments to the victims have started as soon as an opportunity to get to the flooded areas appeared. In addition to the immediate compensations in amounts of $ 10 000 and 25 000 rubles, the inhabitants of the affected areas will receive additional payments from the federal budget.

718 million rubles from federal budget are being allocated for the payments to the flood victims.
1 billion 200 million rubles from the federal budget will be used for the restoration of damaged infrastructure.

Since last week evaluation committees have started their work in the flooded areas, their task is to assess the lost property.

According to the act of the Governor of the Primorsky region, 500 million rubles have been allocated from the regional budget, of which 350 million allocated for money compensations and 150 million allocated for the purchase of housing to those who lost it completely.
