Ministry for Development of Russian Far East offers special tax regime of for residents of the free port of Vladivostok
Ministry for Development of Russian Far East prepared amendments to the Tax Code, which would establish a special tax regime for residents of the Free Port of Vladivostok. The corresponding document is available on the federal portal of the of the normative acts.
"There is not enough solutions in a constantly rising economic competition of the Asia-Pacific region for the development of the Far Eastern Federal District," - written in an accompanying document. The ministry said the total tax burden on the company by 7 tax payments is on average 50.7 per cent of its profits. In addition, the company takes about 177 hours to record, service and taxes.
Ministry for Development of Russian Far East sees the solution in establishing a free port for the residents of Vladivostok special tax regime and said that the changes can take effect in January 2017.
