Governmental program on housing of young families in Nakhodka will be extended for another three years.Such request was made by Nakhodka city residents that hope to improve their living conditions. This program proved to be effective in other municipalities of the region, but its duration period varies from region to region.

That is why this problem was discussed during the meeting of governor of Primorsky region Vladimir Miklushevsky with representatives of Nakhodka city residents. At present, realization of governmental program on housing of young families in Nakhodka will be terminate in 2017, although in some cities of Primorsky region it will still be realized till 2020 year. The program is implemented basing on the co-financing from the federal, regional and municipal budgets, 24 municipalities of Primorsky region participate in this program. According to the program, 30% of the purchased flat price is being paid to young families, and 35% of the price - to young families with children.

In 2016 year more than 300 families of Primorsky region have already participated in this program.

This program is very well known and popular in Vladivostok, in the capital of Primorsky region it is being implemented since 2009 year.

Sergei Cherkasov, deputy head of Vladivostok Administration says: "City administration is involved in this program as co-financing body. At present it is impossible for young families to buy a flat by themselves, because prices are too high. And this program helps them to buy a flat, thus young people live and work in the region. "

This program really helps young families to purchase a flat. That is why a wish of Nakhodka city young families to keep on participating in this program is quite understandable. Therefore, Governor of Primorsky region instructed to provide funds in the city budget for further participation of Nakhodka residents in the program until 2020.
