« Our region historically tends to be stable and calm regrading extremism. It can be related to the fact that it was settled by people from many different regions and countries. Also, we can talk about the work of local law enforcement agencies. According to the anti-extremism strategy, every subject of Russian Federation, every organisation, company and every citizen can oppose extremism. 

The Procuracy (the Office of Public Prosecutor) has a special role, that can be divided in 3 parts: introducing preventive measures against extremist actions, controlling different situations, coordinating actions of all of the subjects that fight extremism. »
