Primorsky Region Heilongjiang and Guangdong provinces could develop new business projects within the framework of trilateral cooperation. This was stated by the Governor of Primorye Oleg Kozhemyako at the trade and economic cooperation between China and the Far East, which was held in Harbin on Saturday, 15th of June.
Oleg Kozhemyako noted that the trade between the Primorye Region and China is growing and now reaches 4 billion dollars.
Oleg Kozhemyako focused on the development of tourism between Primorye and China.
After the round table, Oleg Kozhemyako met with the First Secretary of the Committee of the Communist Party of China, Heilongjiang Province, Zhang Qingwei. They discussed the construction of new checkpoints, cooperation in the field of agriculture and education – students exchange.
Also on this day, the Governor of Primorye met with the Governor of Heilongjiang Province, Wang Wentao. The parties secured the agreements at a meeting with Zhang Qingvey, and also considered the issue of building the Dunin – Poltavka bridge.
The delegation of the Primorsky Region led by Governor Oleg Kozhemyako takes part in the VI Russian-Chinese EXPO in Harbin.
