In Vladivostok the hosted the 5th Tourist Forum hold in Far Eastern Federal University Vladivostok.

One more step to increase the tourist potential - the periods of a visa-free regime for trips to the regions of the Far East have increased to 14 days. This is one of the important statements of the plenary session. In the region will develop new routes that will attract neighbors from the countries of the Asia-Pacific region.

Zarina Doguzova, head of Rosturism: “If we are talking about the Far East, then the Japanese market is certainly a priority for us, and this promotion work surely must be comprehensive, interconnected, and here we will move, of course, together with Primorsky Region ".

During the session, we discussed the potential and attractiveness of our region for foreign tourists. At the V Eastern Economic Forum will present the tourist project of the island of Russian - the pearls of the Primorsky Region.

Oleg Kozhemyako, Governor of Primorsky Region: “We still have a huge potential for using our bays, beaches, so the region has a lot to do so that they are accessible to both Russian tourists and foreigners, and, of course, Primorye’s pearl is Russian Island, which we plan to present at the Eastern Economic Forum. ”

Evgenia Belyanina, Director of the Dialogue of the Nations Travel Company: “We have a lot of partners around the world, and we also send Russian tourists around the world, this year is an amazing forum, a lot of people are new, travel companies we met , very interesting meetings took place here. ”

Attracting new airlines and increasing the number of flights is one of the main tasks for today. At the end of last year, more than one million people visited our region by air travel. By 2024, this number should increase to 5 million people.
