Former candidate for governor of Primorsky Krai Yulia Tolmacheva and her husband Sergey Krasnoshapka (in photo 1) registered a land plot of 6.4 hectares in the Spring. Initially, it consisted of several small plots that are part of the KHTsHEVO DNT, which went to the owners through several lawsuits, first to rent, and then to the property, with the help of disabled people, according to the Internet resource vl.ru.
According to the newspaper, on August 31, 2010, the dacha non-profit partnership “Khoroshevo”, headed by Chairman of the Board Sergey Krasnoshapka, began to issue rights to 10 hectares of land in the area of the Spring station under the “erection of residential buildings with the right to register, live in them, and commercial buildings and facilities, as well as the right to grow fruit, berries, vegetables, melons and other crops and potatoes. ”
