In Vladivostok, a new oncologic dispensary has opened. This year it will celebrate its 70th anniversary. Construction was carried out at the expense of the federal and regional budgets. Almost a billion rubles was spent on high-tech equipment — two high-energy linear accelerators, two newer computed tomography machines, a complex for magnetic resonance therapy, and a single-photon emission computed tomography.

This event has been waiting for several years. The new buildings of the regional oncologic dispensary - medical diagnostic with the latest, almost space equipment and ward for 30 beds - will give hope to every sick person and their loved ones.

Andrei Tarasenko, Acting Governor of Primorsky Krai: “Such a need for this oncological building for Primorye! This is a great gift to the edge. Today there is a great need for this treatment! ”

High-tech equipment worth nearly a billion rubles. New radiological building, computer tomographs for radioisotope research and diagnosis of cancer, linear accelerators for contact radiation therapy.

Catherine Porosochko, head. radiology department, radiotherapist of the highest category: “Now there will be photon radiation, we are preparing the patient, his disease is very serious. Tumor cells are killed and their number decreases with each session. ”
