Since this year January the Federal Antimonopoly Service is endowed with additional authority. Now the agency can treat the complaints about violations of the law companies.
Today construction is not only a profitable business, but also an area which has many problems. Basically the problems start at step putting the building into operation and associated with bureaucratic procedures.
