The winter was very cold. Especially January, which froze the whole region. Information from the meteorological stations of the Primorsky people were waiting like manna from heaven - when will it get warmer. But as luck would have it, the temperature does not rise above 20 degrees below zero and at night - where 35, and where all 40. As a result, according to the data of Primhydromet, the past winter was anomalous - the coldest in 30 years. With the rain, the picture is also unusual.
