The public prosecution of Vladivostok decided to remind young people about law and system of justice of Russian Federation. Teach teenagers how to prevent embarrassing, and sometimes silly acts that can cross out the rest of their lives. Open lessons of legal literacy have started in schools of Vladivostok city.

Chief Assistant Prosecutor of Vladivostok, Elena Bryzgalina held such lesson in Vladivostok school#22. Specific test was held in the beginning of the lesson. School students have been answering different kind of questions, for example, how to not become a victim of a crime. Such questions made teenagers engross in thoughts.

Elena Bryzgalina, Chief Assistant Prosecutor of Vladivostok: "Adolescents are the most socially unprotected social group. Usually, they are the participants of most of the conflicts. And therefore law enforcement agencies should pay special attention to their legal literacy level".

Many of discussed questions brought high school students to a nonplus. Most of them didn’t really know their rights and duties. During the lesson, students found out that only those who reached the age of 18 can buy sports air gun. Or, for example, rude response to the samely unpleasant words of a foreigner can be considered as extremism. It turns out that a person can be brought to criminal responsibility for such an insult. The law appeared to be very strict on this matter.

After the test, Elena Bryzgalina held the lesson in a lecture form. Schoolers had lots of questions  and didn’t want the lesson to end.
