Will shopping malls of Primorye survive the quarantine?
The week-off from March 28 to April 5 will be a difficult one for shopping malls of the region. On March 27, the journalists of «Konkurent» held a mini-survey among the lessees of shopping malls. The results show that the future of local malls is very uncertain.
On March 25, Vladimir Putin proposed mass changes in the tax legislation. Firstly, the social funds rate will be decreased in two for small businesses. For now, the rate is 30% from the salary. This rate will turn into 15% in the new system. Secondly, the business will be dismissed from taxes for 6 months.
Despite the changes, the entrepreneurs are not sure they will be able to «survive» the lockdown.
