Important questions of indigenous people stay the same
A special indigenous people committee was created in Primorye one year ago in order to resolve indigenous people related problems. Since then, new people were chosen to represent the committee, but all of the problems that were present one year ago stay unchanged. For example, the new federal law has created special conditions that allow indigenous people to hunt without legal permissions. But to do so, the hunters have to get a special stamp. As the years go by, no stamps are being given and anyone but indigenous hunters hunt in the local forests. Also, there is a big problem related to the financing of different local organisations.
