The fields are situated in a beautiful area next to the mountains. The air is clear, the water in rivers is fresh and the soil is fertile. This land used to be empty until Aleksandr Makarov decided to use it for a good cause. 

Makarov had to suffer a lot on the fields, starting with explaining to the authorities why he needs this property and finishing with preparing the soil. But this is what a Russian, Far Eastern soul is. Now he is the only man who gets phone calls from the department of farming asking how much crop he has already planted.
