A huge shopping center with a registry office for 1.6 billion rubles will build on the Russian island
The Far East Development Corporation and Polina Company have signed an investment agreement in the free port Vladivostok.
The new resident will build a shopping entertainment complex on Russky Island in Primorsky Region.
Amount of the project is 1.6 billion rubles. It will be carried out at the expense of the investor’s own funds for 100%.
By the end of 2021 two-storied shopping entertainment center will be built in the Russian island with restaurants, shopping areas, a multiplex cinema, as well as a registry office and a celebration hall.
The area of the shopping and entertainment complex will be 11,000 square meters. One third of them will occupied by guest zone with famous restaurants Zafferano, Forte Bello and Edoko for 1.3 thousand seats on the first and second floors.
Today according the agreements of the Far East Development Corporation about 1 150 residents are investing in the Vladivostok free port.
The amount of the announced investment exceeds 606 billion rubles, the implementation of projects include creation more than 61 600 jobs places.
