Access to the observation platform with the monument to Saints Cyril and Methodius in Vladivostok will be resumed after the dismantling of the building of the former Youth Center of the Far Eastern Federal University.

The opening of the route is scheduled for early April of this year.

Restricting pedestrian traffic from the viaduct across Aksakovskaya Street to the observation deck is a necessary measure to ensure the safety of tourists and locals.

Currently, the former Youth Center of the Far Eastern Federal University is being demolished in the Eagle Hill area.

In the future a single museum complex will be built on this territory.

Completion of works and the opening of the site are scheduled for early April this year.

In Primorye, on behalf of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, a project is being carried out to create two complexes: the theater-educational and museum-exhibition.

On Aksakovskaya, 3 in Vladivostok there will be a museum and exhibition complex, in which the largest federal museums of Russia will conduct their activities: the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, the State Hermitage Museum, the Museum of the Far East.
