Chinese group of companies has already opened its representative office in Primorye and now it is working on the implementation of a number of projects.

Vera Shcherbina noted that the Primorye Administration is ready to support investors, including the regimes of priority development areas and the Free Port of Vladivostok, which includes taxes and other preferences for business.

The owner of the United Exchange / Sun Group, Jiang Yuxiang, noted the organization of enterprises for the deep processing of wood in Primorye, the production of furniture and paper products together with partners from Taiwan and the development of the territory of Russian Island in terms of tourism infrastructure as the promising projects.

Also, a group of companies intends to participate in the auction for the purchase of unfinished five-star hotels in Vladivostok - on Burny Cape and Korabelnaya Naberezhnaya street.

Both companies also discussed cooperation in the field of agriculture for the production of sunflower, soybeans and corn.

These products today are in demand in the Chinese market.

Investors are considering the possibility of organizing in the region of production for the manufacture of products from wild plants: ginseng, fern and others.

The director of the regional forestry department, Valentin Karpenko, noted that this field of market in Primorye is practically free, and it is good chance for Chinese enterprises to occupy it.

The companies agreed to continue the detailed study of each of the projects. According to the Sun Group, the investor intends to invest in Primorye projects totally more than $ 1 billion.
