Farmers of Primorsky Krai fulfilled the plan for rice harvesting by 96%.

According to the Department of agriculture and food of Primorye, today farmers have removed more than 12.5 thousand hectares of rice.

"Farmers have fulfilled the plan to harvest rice by 96%, threshed 27.6 thousand tons of grain," the Ministry said.

Also, farmers continue to remove soybeans and corn from the fields.

"At the moment, almost 210 thousand hectares of soybeans and 8 thousand hectares of corn have been removed," the experts noted.

Recall, acting Governor Oleg Kozhemyako stressed that in the near future it is necessary to change the order of payments to seaside farmers, simplifying and speeding up the process of transferring subsidies to farms.
