Weather forecasters told what will happen in November in Primorye
Forecasters of Primgidromet presented a forecast of anomalies of air temperature and precipitation in the Primorsky Territory for November 2018, reports PRIMPRESS with reference to the official website of the department.
According to experts, the average monthly air temperature is expected to be -4 ... -9 °, on the coast 0 ... -3 °, which is about the average long-term values.
It is noted that precipitation per month will fall less than the average of many years, on the coast of the eastern regions around it.
