Love for music and Ukrainian culture connected them. Vocal group “Chistaya krinitsa” from Spassk-Dalny has been singing its songs for 20 years now.

The national costume “zhurpan” – is a real exclusive. It was made by Anatoly Yaremchuk. The man came to Primorye from Hmelnitskaya district when he was 28. Worked as an electrical engineer and united Ukrainian settlers in Primorye. As a result, he managed not only to save the Ukrainian creative heritage but to increase it as well.

Anatoly Yaremchuk: “We also have an ensemble “Mriya” and a library of Ukrainian literature”.

Tatyana Sisoeva has been singing for 40 years already. Her life is closely connected to Ukraine as well. She comes from Izum, her relatives live there, but they don't see each other often, because of the political situation.

Tatyana Sisoeva, the member of “Chistaya krinitsa”: “ Originally, Ukraine and Ukrainians were very kind. And even now, despite all of the problems, the people stay the same. Polite and friendly”.

Now “Chistaya krinitsa” is getting ready for another concert season. The group plans to make a new repertoire and to entertain the listeners with traditional Ukrainian song.
