More than 12 thousand cyber attacks only on the official resources of Primorsky Territory were reflected by specialists last year. Protection of information resources from cyberattacking, the introduction of new security systems, innovations in the legislation on the protection of information resources were discussed at the forum "Topical issues of information security".

Such a forum on information security issues is taking place in Primorsky Territory for the seventh time already. Vice-governor Dmitry Mariza emphasizes that the stable operation of the information infrastructure is a prerequisite for the effective socio-economic development of Primorye.

Dmitry Mariza, vice-governor of Primorsky Krai: "Today, cyber attacks are inflicted on state institutions, private companies and individuals: in 2017, more than 12,000 computer attacks were inflicted on the information resources of the regional administration, more than 3,000 for the incomplete half of this year."
