Primorye resident fined for trade in unsafe seafood
Over 60 kg of seafood of unconfirmed quality are excluded from turnover following the results of inspections of trade outlets of Artemovsky urban district by officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Artem together with representatives of the Rosselkhoznadzor. The entrepreneur is to pay an administrative fine for violation of veterinary norms.
According to Vesti: Primorye, referring to the press service of the Rosselkhoznadzor for Primorye Territory and the Sakhalin Region, in one of the fish stores of Artem, the individual entrepreneur sold fish minced meat (2.85 kg), shrimp (22 kg), hairy crab (21, 65 kg), salmon caviar (5 kg), crab limbs (9 kg) in the absence of the manufacturer's marking and shipping documents. The total weight of doubtful seafood amounted to more than 60 kg.
