Vladivostok hills to become the centers of social life of the city
Authorities of the city and the region discussed the implementation of programs to improve the lives of citizens, noting that a special attention should be payed to the hills, that can become a center of cultural and social life of the city.
Vladivostok is not only the sea and cable-stayed bridges. Vladivostok is also the hills, that leave an indelible impression, because these places offer spectacular views of the city. And today they can also become the centers of cultural and social life of the city.
According to Felix Mashkov, architect and head of Concrete Jungle, the public spaces formed on the tops of the hills should really be seen as complex objects that include park and view spaces, as well as commercial, public and social facilities.
