«Silver Age’s fashion» - a unique exhibition welcomes citizens and guests of Vladivostok

A unique exhibition stays  in Vladivostok for some time. Arseniev’s museum prolongs the exhibition of one of its the rarest collections - dresses and accessories from the Silver Age.

Aleksandr Vasiliev’s collection is full of relics of Russian immigrants. After the revolution many gowns have been sold and then saved by collectors and restorers.

The fashionista's closet included visiting, dinner, ball, travel, and just in case, mourning dresses.

What color was called the "color of the tango"? How are beads and electricity related? What kind of dresses did Russian aristocrats dream of wearing in "banana-lemon Singapore" while listening to Vertinsky? About all this at the Arsenyev Museum, at the exhibition "Silver Age Fashion".
