In the past 24 hours, the weather in Primorye was governed by an anticyclone. There were no precipitation. Invasion of the cold, that began after the cyclone that left the day before, did its job. Despite bright sunshine, the day was colder than the previous day by 4-7 degrees. Maximum temperature in the most part of the region was -8 ... -17°C, only in some places on the coast was warmer, -3 ... -7°C.
