Vladivostok awaits many changes
The deputies of the local Duma confirmed the changes related to the improvement of the city.
Vladivostok awaits massive changes. The new legislations will ban coarse banners on the facades and support the installation of new banners that will not harm the architecture of the city. Other changes regard multilevel parking lots and radio towers in the center of Vladivostok.
