«Immortal regiment» action will take place online this year
The «Immortal regiment» of 2020 will start on the Far East. On May 9th the Far East will be the first region to start the video broadcasting of the action that will be available on TV-channels, city video panels, online cinemas and the action’s website.
For many year, «Immortal regiment» has been a very important part of the Victory Day, gathering millions of people all over the world. So even during the pandemic, the action will still have place, but online.
Now anyone willing to participate in the action can send photos of their relatives who fought in the Second World War. The videos will be automatically created from those files.
